DELIVERY:
Bad experience with their delivery - food comes very late CONSISTENTLY. Earliest ever was 6.45pm, latest ever was 8pm.

SERVICE:
On the 3rd day of our 5 day meal package, the meal came at 8pm, we tried to reach the tingkat company via ... More phone and WhatsApp since 7.30pm but to no avail. Hewtop left us hanging as to whether our dinner will even arrive. When the driver finally came to deliver our food (who turned out to be a different person from the first 2 days), he told us he wasn't informed of our address being added to his delivery list and thus he was late.

When we wrote in to Hewtop for an explanation, they told us the driver was late because the delivery car broke down.

Hewtop probably has some back end logistics issues which they need to deal with, and us consumers shouldn't have to bear the consequences of their lapses.

FOOD SAFETY:
As a result of their consistent late deliveries, the dinner we ordered were often EXPIRED by the time we receive them. The time stamp on our dinner states 'To be consumed by: 6.30pm' which is a serious joke to us as we have paid to eat expired food.

We will not order from Hewtop again due to their serious lapses above and we don't recommend them to anyone.
