"Disappointed with food and bad service by caterer Xin Yi Pin"

I would like to provide some unsatisfactory feedback with regards to Xin Yi Pin Catering.

1.The solid fuel/wax could not be lighted up. As a result the food was cold and I have to bring down kettle to the function room to ... More boil water to heat up the food.

2.The chicken curry, smoked duck and the mini fruit tarts portion were too little. Definitely the portion are not enough for 60 pax.
The curry is too salty and no potato. There was a lot of gravy but not much meat in it. The chicken meat was all smashed up into tiny pieces and disintegrated (small broken pieces).

3.The broccoli was too blend and tasteless.

4.The prawn paste chicken was all shredded into tiny pieces. My opinion of prawn paste chicken should be chicken wings and drumlets.

5.The gingko nuts in the yam paste was too little. The yam paste is too lumpy.

6.Serviettes given were insufficient.

7.The sambal fish taste fishy.

8. Mee Siam very blend and tasteless.
