2. Bad packaging, many times soup spilled out till less than half.
3. Very bad dessert. Sugar water with some yellow millet, ... Moregreen or red bean 90% of the time.
4. Bad customer service. Missed delivery one time. Had to call to check. Someone answered and after that there was no follow-up reply. Had to email to foodline to assist with the matter. Not once during the 30days was there any customer survey feedback/response at all. Customer service totally non-existent
5. Lots of garlic
6. Lots of onion
7. Sourish spoilt overnight vegetable one time. Totally inedible , had to throw.
Conclusion : Claim to be premium but far from it. For the price of $18 per meal , can easily get better quality food outside. Show less
