"VERY BAD & UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE"

The service is very bad. When i first make a booking, i did received a call from the caterer a few days later for confirmation.

Thereafter, i make some changes to increase from quantity from 30 pax to 42 pax. I have drop them an email but did not ... More receive any response from them after few days. I called them up and they said to wait for phone call from them to confirm the revised order. I waited another 1 or 2 days,and still no news at all. I call them up again to reconfirm my booking is for 42 pax and they finally confirm via phone and email.

On the event day, The delivery came late at 1145am. My event start at 12 noon. The worst part is they were suppose to come for collection at 4pm, and they ended up coming at 845pm. They are 5 hour late and We have to stay till so late just to wait for them to come for collection.

This is totally unacceptable and very bad service.
There is also no point of contact for the deliveryman. we are unable to contact anyone.

During collection of the trays, the delivery guy clear the remaining food by throwing them directly into the bin. He did not throw them in a bag first before throwing into the bin.

It has cause much inconvenience to us. Furthermore, the potato for the curry chicken is not well cooked.
