"Late delivery without anyone contacting us to update status"

Our guest told us food was nice for buffet standard . We had the Kong ba Bao the meat was nice however the bread was a little hard . Food portions were enough for our guest , however the curry chicken was a little under catered . Orh Nee dessert was ... More nice also wiped off by all our guest .

In general the food is ok however the admin side was bad . No one contacted me a day before the buffet catering date . We paid full cash and an order confirmation was send to me via email which stated the delivery will be at 11am . The catering only arrive at 1130am and all my guest was waiting for the food . By the time they completed the set up for 80pax portion. It’s 1150am .

There was no handphone number to call Xin yi pin . It was a Sunday n the office line is not open . Food line contact number also not available. No one pick up our phone call and we don’t even know if the food is coming while our guest waited .

Even if there is a traffic jam which cause the delay . There should be someone contacting us to update . Not even a HP number to contact . Very bad admin coordination
