The food was supposed to reach between 11 and 11.30am but it reached only 12.30pm, and the delivery man even refused to take the food to the address at level b2 and my husband and i had to collect it from him at level b3. This was despite many calls ... More made to the caterer and them assuring that the delivery man is "arriving soon". In the end, my guests were hungry and I had to buy takeaways from nearby restaurants. My guests and I were left with only an hour to rush lunch, small children included and almost all the food were left uneaten. A horrible experience with unnecessary stress and I will not order from them again nor will I recommend them.
