"This company is a mockery of the food service industry."

1. Their salesperson Ms Sheloni dealing with me was not helpful, not responsive to my queries proper and did not get back to me on the delivery time request.
2. On the event date delivery was late above the timing requested and my guest were ... More waiting for their food. Their staff were not contactable and I had to resort to searching for a liaison point on top of my event stress.
3. Food was delivered cold on many dishes, and the cakes were given squashed by the box cover, the rice was tasteless, fried chicken was salty plus seemed not fresh. Not sure how they are in the business.
4. On top of all of this money was collected promptly and the salesperson was stern about that. Yet the whole food order process was flawed in the aspects of service standards, responsiveness, business ethics and delivery standards
