"Not consistent in food quality and taste, lack of service"

Some food dishes are tasty, not overly salty or oily. However there are occasional drop in standard in food quality/taste. E.g. in tonight's pumpkin rice, there are uncooked grains that are hard to chew. The extra pumpkin dish, as a compensation for ... More the missing rice in previous day's delivery, is a lazy and bad re-use of the pumpkin theme for tonight's rice.
Comparing the Asian Delight special menu on Wed against that of other caterer e.g. Best Catering, Le Xin merely replace white rice with something else, but the 3 dishes are not special at all, just regular economical or tze char items.
I had feedback couple of times that the soup spilled from the metal tiffin carrier which was not leakproof, instead was told to put a chair outside for the delivery guy to place the tiffin on a flat surface. The suggestion was not helpful and missed the point. They are not flexible to make slight adjustment, such as having the soup in plastic container while the dishes are in metal tiffin, to use less plastic.
Instructions, feedback or suggestions given to customer service did not seem to be taken seriously by management or conveyed to the kitchen staff and delivery. Hence the continued lapse in service quality and making the same old mistakes.
