For the premium price of $13/pax/meal paid for this supposedly healthy tingkat, all I got was ordinary dishes one can get from Economical Mixed Veg rice stall. At least I can still choose and get better veg dishes whereas the tingkat's veg on most ... More days were either discolored and tasted raw, or simply not what kids would like. Dishes were repetitive and seemed geared towards elderly's preferences. Every week there's egg tofu and braised chicken.
Though portion was decent, didn't help that the food was bad and most ended up into garbage.
My dinner was delivered daily at 3pm!!! Someone had to be home, bring the food in to refrigerate and re-heat later. If not, most dishes will just turn bad. What's the point of ordering tingkat if you have to reheat all the dishes on pans and pots and wash all the dishes???
If there's one saving grace that deserves the only 1 star, that'll be the soup. Best among all the caterers I've tried. But that doesn't justify the price. I rather take my money and buy Tze Char. For $13/pax for dinner... there's so much more choices. Don't waste your money, time and effort.

My lunch delivery has been getting later lately. close to 1pm and today past 1pm. Very rushed to eat in between meetings and some dishes taste sourish.
The quality of food is also dropping. Some days, most dishes are too bland or traditional, more ... More for elderly/mature taste, not to kids' liking.

Taste and punctuality is consistent, now being my 4th time renewal with this vendor. Most of the dishes are flavorful. They have more creative variety than many past caterers I tried. Recently example was herbal chicken.

So far very satisfied with the consistent taste and lunch delivery time, which has improved from initially 1pm to 12+pm. Hence I've renewed for the 3rd time.

I also like dish variety that many other caterers lack, such as recent braised duck, ... More prawn roll, salted egg fried sliced lotus roots.

Food was generally tasty. As I didn't opted for soup, the 4th dish was usually not those fried finger food item that many caterers provide out of convenience. I appreciate the effort put into the 4th dish.
Delivery is later than other caterers I ... More ordered from, around 1pm. Too rush if I have meetings after standard 12-1pm lunch time.

The chicken item for lunch menu tasted more or less the same, either fried or stewed with gravy that tasted the same. Tired of it hence switching to another caterer that is non-halal. Really missed pork dishes.

Food is tasty, except the soup is getting bland lately. The portion is also minimal based on pax. E.g. 2 pax gets 4 fishballs. Not for big eaters. I also find this current week's chicken dishes are all similar in taste and cooking style. Getting a ... More bit lazy in the creativity....

I also received the dinner at 3 plus pm. Twice missing rice. They compensated by giving me an extra dinner meal when I called in on 2nd occasion.

By far the best quality and value-for-money of all the caterers I tried. This is the one I'm going to stick with.
The food is tasty, generous amount of soup.

The food was acceptable, but not particularly interesting. Be prepared with frozen food to add into the meal for the children.

Overall the dishes were tasty. Delivery was punctual. I also liked the variety and creativity of dishes. Though not all creative dishes suited my children's preferences.
Only area to improve is to seal the bottom tier of the tingkat so that the ... More soup doesn't leak out and drip all over the floor. I complained before. But now they put a leaky tingkat in a plastic bag, which sometimes leak too because of torn hole. And it wastes plastic, defeating the eco-friendly intent behind my choice of metal tingkat.
