"Food portion can be abit more generous"

The team came well ahead of time for setup. Saving grace was our guests came slightly earlier too if not food would not be warm enough.

The letdown was the cereal fish. It was hard as rock and as u can see from the picture, there was still plenty ... More of leftover.

Other food items that were just so so were the pineapple rice and the salad prawn. Sin chow beehoon was good!
The plate of complimentary eclairs turned sour, thank God our guests were ok for those who consumed it. Need to buck up on food safety pls!
