Delivery and Timing Issues
We specifically arranged for an 11:30 AM delivery, but the driver arrived at 10:15 AM. This was over an hour early and disrupted our preparation plans. To make matters worse, the food labels indicated the meal was ... More prepared at 9:00 AM with a "consume by" time of 1:00 PM. Since our guests weren't scheduled to arrive until 12:00 PM, this left us with only a one-hour window for everyone to eat before the food was technically expired.

Food Quality and Value
The portions seem smaller than what we have received from other caterers in the past for the same price point. Ultimately, the smaller portions didn't matter much because the food quality was mediocre and we ended up with a quite a lot of leftovers because our guests didn't particularly enjoy the meal.
