Special type of catering as we can mix western with Asian food in 1 catering, food was great, except for Spaghetti as it is too sweet and tasted like bottled tomato ketchup.
The driver forgot to set up the burner to keep our food warm, which I ... More have to serve all my guest cold food, if not the food tasting experience will be better.
Caterer did have service recovery of some desserts for the following weekend. Thank you for the nice gesture, but driver that delivered the food again spoilt our experience by delivering it to wrong address and refusing to redeliver to the correct address.
Our experience has been greatly penalised by the service attitude of the driver/ delivery person which I suspect is the same person for both deliveries.
