I was pleasantly surprised to see the caterer arrive earlier than expected to set up the buffet line. They worked quickly, diligently with minimum fuss.
Food was great too, taste wise. The best item was the dessert, the almond jelly with longan. ... More Taste was just nice.
Fruit punch can be improved as it was too sweet. Probably the caterer did not manage to mix the syrup and water well before adding the ice. I had to add water to reduce the sweetness.
Otherwise, great food. Great service.
