"Poor customer service"

First, i already put in the email that please make the mee goreng not spicy so the children can eat but they still made it too spicy that almost all cannot eat. Secondly, i didnt ask for the table bec the venue already provided a table. But, when ... More they had setup the food, i need one table to place the drinks. So i asked for one. Sandeep is nice but , the chinese man grudgingly took a table. Then nevermind bec i was so busy. When they left i had realized they even didnt put a table cloth which made it so ugly looking in the buffet table. My point was, i didnt ask them to set up their tables. All i asked was one table only but still they made it so difficult and the chinese man still gave an attitude. I was fully paid right after they set up. When i called them up, they couldnt return to my venue. He said that he will get back to me but he didnt.
