Customer svc rep Ms Molly called not long after order submitted to acknowledge receipt, calls before event to reconfirm order, timing and even accommodated immediately when I had to postpone my event due to son's sickness. changes to dishes were ... More made without complaints, and even recommended dishes that go with one another.

delivery was prompt, set up was quick but collection was late due to public holiday (we were fine with that as we were cleaning up anyway).

guests commented food was good, and even ate more than they usually did. It would have been a greater bonus if there were more food warmers to keep the food warmer. :)
