"Mini Buffet for 25 Pax - 1st Birthday"

First time ordering from this caterer,
Generally the food looks presentable and is in good portion. Of course we don't expect it to be hot after an hour as I order Mini Buffet.

The delivery guy came around 6.20pm, and I already have some ... More guests in the house. I know we need to give them about 1 hour time to deliver, so I have no complaint, just if it can deliver earlier will be a plus point to me. My delivery timing is 5.30pm.

After gathering feedback from family and friends,
1) Sweet & Sour Fish - Fish is soggy and have the very strong fishy smell
2) Fragrance Honey Prawn - The prawn is overcooked, taste like rubber band, very dissapointing
3) Curry Chicken - Taste ok, but too watery as compare to others caterer
4) Spare Pork Rib - Taste good, just a bit hard to bite
5) Mini Fruit Tart - Taste good, my fav dish
6) Chicken Nugget - Taste ok, more for the kid
7) Sin Chow Bee Hoon - Taste ok, can be better
8) Mushroom Broccoli - Taste good, the only dish with no left over
9) Fruit Cocktail w Longan - Generous portion, not too sweet
