I feel compelled to share my honest experience with the mini catering order from Bijan via FoodLine. Unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing and not at all worth the S$228 I paid.
Out of the 6 items delivered, 5 had to be thrown away ... Morebecause they had gone bad before the stated consumption time. The food was supposed to be good until 9 PM, but by around 8 PM, the chap chye had already spoiled and the chicken tasted off. On top of that, the vegetarian fried bee hoon that was supposed to cater to my vegetarian guests had small prawns in it — this was shocking and unacceptable. My vegetarian guests ended up having nothing to eat.
Everything was delivered cold in a box at around 6 PM, and clearly, the food was not kept at the right temperature before or during delivery. It was an utter waste — not just of money, but also food, which I ended up throwing away.
None of my guests enjoyed the food, and I am very upset with this experience. I am requesting a full refund for the poor quality and mislabeling of food. This was my first time ordering through FoodLine, and sadly, I will not be returning.
For future customers, I strongly urge FoodLine not to recommend Bijan for catering. This experience has left a very negative impression. Show less
