The Hongkong Fried noodles is a BIG hit with my guests! Always thought only beehoon goes well with curry chicken, but this Hongkong fried noodles is even better!! Usually vegetables dishes are the most missed dish, but YLS kailan with mushroom is so ... More so so awesome that after 30mins into the event, Im left with less than one quarter of the tray! Totally polished off by my guests!! The curry chicken are so delicious too!! Goes so well with the noodles and even the bun of the braised pork!! My guests had all praises for this caterer YLS! Polished off everything within the event timeframe which usually wont happen for my past event.
