The good:
The staff was very quick to respond to enquiries.
The food was tasty, but the egg was too salty.

Areas to improve:
Delivery was late - supposed to arrive at 11.30am, but came at 12.10pm. I had called in to confirm the time ... More beforehand and the person on the line assured me it would arrive by 12pm for my event. The food still came late.

One bento box had a small fly in it and another had a strand of hair.
