The food portion was great and consistent throughout the tingkat package, the delivery timing is also consistent but the delivery man always forgotten to press the door bell, we have to feedback to the customer service team daily to finally get the ... More delivery man to press. But overall the experience is good. No skipping of meals if you are taking 5 or 10 days unlike other tingkat for 10 days allow up to 2 days. So it is less flexible if you have plans out for the week but to not subscribe to the tingkat.
