"The dishes are not up to standard"

The food is ok not salty or oily but the dishes are not up to standard. The potato is a bit hard and the steam egg is tasteless. I hope the caterer can add salted egg and century egg into the steam egg. Often the dishes were from cheap ... More ingredients like bean spouts and vermicelli. We can get better quality for the price we paid.
