Bee Hoon (rice vermicelli) paired with fried fish, and it turned out to be a satisfying, comforting meal that delivered both crunch and flavor.
The beehoon was lightly seasoned — simple yet flavorful, with a nice hint of soy sauce and a subtle ... Morewok hei aroma. It was well-cooked, not too dry .The portion was generous, making it a filling base for the dish.
The star, though, was the fried fish. Golden-brown and crisp on the outside, each piece had a light, airy batter that didn’t feel oily. The fish inside was fresh, tender, and flaky — clearly fried to order. Show less
