"Order at Your Own Risk - You've been warned."

I seldom give bad ratings so I hesitated to write this, but this tingkat caterer is being too much, especially when my elderly parents depended heavily on tingkat service (they are both almost 90 years old, and my dad is a cancer patient) This ... More tingkat caterer's service is always causing worries to all of us as they had failed us a few times .

Despite the lack of delivery in some dates due to their side "having no driver", I was patient enough. I arranged Grab food delivery for my parents during their lapse at my expense.. During the most recent one, this caterer even FORGOTTEN to send them the meal during last day of service. They were not very responsive when I contacted them too, and definitely not apologetic at all. They simply replied with "Noted". It was a heavy rain that day, and my poor dad had to go out in the rain to get his own dinner which I almost cried as I wasn't able to help him as we were not staying together.

During their service, my parents had to call me every now and then if "the tingkat is coming". Timings were inconsistent.

And the best part?
I terminated their services, and went to another caterer Hewtop Catering. On the first day of supposed delivery, the tingkat did not come . It was then that I was told "I cancelled on them" which I did not. I grew suspicious and confronted them if they are the same boss as Kim's Catering, which I was then told they are "sister company". In a way, they mixed up their database. Professional much?

After this incident, I am paying more to other tingkat caterers and finally no more nonsense. So guys, you pay peanuts and you will indeed get peanuts.
Order from them at your own risk. They can be pretty much unpredictable. Sometimes they may deliver to service, and sometimes not. But don't expect them to be polite and professional when things screw up even when it is their fault.

It pains me to even write this review because I always compliment services more than complaining. But this caterer had simply caused too much inconvenience and trouble to my family.
If this caterer has no passion to be in the business, then please find other alternatives and don't screw people up. Sigh .




I understand they are one of the cheaper tingkat service caterers here , but it shouldn't be this way.
