"CNY dinner"

Food quality and portions was generally ok but the fish was rather hard, chillie crab sauce and the smoked duck was really small in quantity. Yee fu noodles was good.
Set up needs improvement:
1. Buffet table was too short. No space for the ... More dessert and flower arrangement.
2. Table skirting was torn at the bottom front.
3. No trash bags, food tongs and ladles were provided. Luckily I had some of my own at home.
4. I had to ask for bowls for the dessert, otherwise I would have had to eat dessert out of the drinking cups.
5. Only 4 cans of liquid fuel were initially provided. I had to persuade the delivery team to give me 4 more, as 4 would have been inadequate for heating up the 4 long food warmers and sustaining warm food for 4 hours.
