"Food is good but delivery timing too late for my area"

We all like the food but the delivery timing is too late for us especially as we have children. They will reach around 7.30pm to 8pm. After a few days, I asked the customer service whether we can change to earlier timing and they obliged. After ... More that, for a few days, the delivery arrived around 6.30-7pm which is good for us. But went back to around 7.30pm thereafter. I didn’t call them again and decided not to renew after that as my kids couldn’t wait so long. In the end, they have to snack and end up couldn’t have a proper meal. It’s a pity.
