"Would not recommend. Wonder why their rating was so high?"

My experience with this caterer is very bad. They don't take in my request for "no processed food". Its okay, I accept this since payment is already processed.

Delivery was late 3 days in a row. On the first day it happened, I tried to call at ... More 7pm to enquire, could not get any warm bodies to speak to until multiple tries. I have to "beg" the staff to deliver before 6.45pm at least or if cannot do it, please refund me and stop the order. However, the admin staff say give them another chance. 2nd day it happened again and 3rd day again. They said cannot refund me. I have to beg them to stop the order. I spoke to the driver, he said it's the kitchen's fault. I spoke to admin staff, she said its driver's attitude. Then from customer's perspective, what can I do? Unreasonable service for average food.
