"Food portion was small, at best for 40pax."

I have used many caterers before but Tim's Delight was a recommendation from a friend. I tried it, and wished I had used my usual caterer.

The food arrived on time, and everything was set up proper.

I catered food enough for 50 pax, and but by ... More the 30+ pax the food was running thin and almost empty. Unfortunately, I had a group of friends who used to work at SATS catering and asked me how many did I order for? I said 50. He told me, the amount I am given probably wouldn't last 50, it was at best good for 40 pax. The staples were more than enough for 50 though.

I was quite disappointed. Luckily for me, I had catered other high-tea menu to continue the function from 2pm onwards. Else, it would be very embarrassing.
