1) Steam or fry eggs with pidan or black cntury eggs
2) dont use Chinese TCM herbs for soup. We want to drink clear soup, not drink Chinese medicine
3) more times pig trotters, curry chicken
4) pork slices taste like paper. Got no ... More taste. Fry with sambal balachan orvhay bee hiem.
5) vegetables can fry with sambal and hay bee or hay bee hiem
