The chocolate layer was too thick to cut thru, raspberry layer was too thick, it doesn't blend well with the mint ice cream. I was too ashamed that the cake was so difficult to distribute, and not the ice cream cake we had before...

Mixed berries ice cream is actually sorbet, thus it tends to be harder than normal ice cream to cut. The best way to cut an ice cream cake is to soak the stainless steel knife / butter knife in hot water before cutting.

We are sad to hear that the 2 flavours you chose did not complement each other. Maybe you can try other combinations next time (such as both ice cream or both sorbet so the texture will be the same at least)

We would like to offer you a single scoop of ice cream of your choice at any of the shop that is convenient for you. You can let me know in advance regarding which shop you will be going and I will inform the staff on duty accordingly.
