"Too oily, noodles were dry, curry too salty, and fried items"

I had higher expectations based on the reviews and reputation, but unfortunately, the overall dining experience was rather disappointing.

The fried rice was noticeably too oily, which made it feel quite heavy after just a few bites. The noodles ... More were overly dry and lacked the moisture and flavour that I was expecting. The curry was also excessively salty, overpowering the other ingredients and making it difficult to fully enjoy the dish.

As for the fried items, they were fairly ordinary and did not stand out in terms of taste, texture, or presentation. Nothing felt particularly memorable or unique, especially considering the expectations I had before visiting.

Overall, the food did not meet my expectations, and I was hoping for a more impressive and enjoyable dining experience. While the service and atmosphere may have been satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement in the consistency, seasoning, and overall execution of the dishes. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback constructively, as it has the potential to deliver a much better dining experience.
