I ordered satay, caterer called me at about 2hours before event time to inform me that satay supplier not opened on Sunday and they were not aware of it beforehand =.=
The driver was late, the food supposed to be ready to serve at 12pm but caterer ... More only arrive at 12.15pm. My guests were late too so I'm not that particular about it but I think caterer need to improve on the punctuality.

Food:
Hainanese Chicken rice- fragrant, most of my guest like it
Hainanese chicken-ok
Curry chicken-good, guest happy with this dish
Sambal fish-fish slices very thin and no sambal taste. Guest feedback fish not fresh.
Hainanese mixed vege-leftover a lot. Taste ok.
Mixed beancurd-ok
Salad prawn-looks good but taste so so. Feedback from guest: Tempura flour is more than the prawn.
Bo bo cha cha- ok
Sour plum sauce pork- good
Cordial orange- ok.
I think caterer used a lot of MSG for cooking as all guests complain thirsty after eating.
