"Food could be better"

The food arrived 20 min earlier than the arranged time so when most of my guests came, the food have already turned cold.

My guests commented that the yam paste is very sweet. I personally find the rest of the fried food eg cereal fish, prawn ... More paste chicken and sotong youtiao too damp when cold. None of my guests gave good feedback on the food.

One good thing is that the serving looks plentiful for my order of 15 pax. But then some of my guests did not eat the food. I ordered this mini buffet based on the good feedback on foodline.sg but seems like it is not that good after all.
Could be better.
