"Unsuitable for corporate event. Small family gathering only"

1. The whole buffet setup came with a miserably cheap looking small plastic vase with fake flowers that the delivery man totally forgot about it and left standing alone on my shelf behind the buffet set-up!!
2. Lychee cordial was changed to pink ... More guava without any prior notice.
3. Collection time was 3.30pm but failed to turn up. Had to call their office. By the time the delivery man came to collect, it was almost 5.15pm. My other caterer for dinner was already here and had to help him with the clearance.
