The food taste were all so so, not great but not bad. However, the kailan was not even warm at all. It could be that the warmer wasn’t placed properly for that dish (did not check). Two things made the experience negative: there were not enough ... More plates and cutlery for 90 pax, and the drinks finished quite soon into the event. This is a buffet and guests returning for subsequent rounds of food and drinks is expected, hence these should be sufficiently provided.
