Very poor delivery service and disappointing food quality
Delivery was extremely late. 45 mins late! The delivery man went to the wrong block and I had to go out to wait for delivery man and escort him to my house! My guest were kept waiting for so long that the guests began eating tidbits and other food in the fridge to keep from hunger and to wait for the food to arrive. We almost have up waiting as it was just plain ridiculous to keep all my guests waiting for so very long. Was so embarrassing for me as the dinner host.
Worst CNY reunion dinner I had ever ordered thru Foodline.sg
Worst CNY reunion dinner! Food arrived 1 hour & 15min late. Not even a call to inform us that they are going to be late. I called the PIC Galvin, on mobile but no one answered. We almost going to order Mac or pizza. When food arrived I asked the delivery man why didn't call to notify. They said my contact no is with the office. That's not true. They are holding my invoice with my mobile no. Off course food was cold, tasteless fried rice, almost dry fish, not enough sauce & worst food I & my family ever had. Suitable only for maybe 5 pax & not 10 as ordered. The delivery men did not arrived by car or van, They came by public transport, by bus! OMG! Everything just not right. Anyway they will be my first & last! Jubilee Kitchen!
Delivery nearly 2 hours late, one dish gone bad on receipt.
Ordered reunion dinner delivery at 6.30pm for ten but the food did not arrive until 8.10pm despite the caterer saying it should be there by 7.15pm. She gave the excuse that their deliveries were delayed because some customers had rejected their orders when they arrived early and this had caused their schedule to be disrupted. I wondered how that was my problem. Subsequent calls went unanswered and caterer replied to wattsapp message much later apologizing that they might have been out of phone coverage zone and they will let their management know of my feedback. I have yet to hear from them. One of the dishes had turned sour. The only saving grace was that the delivery man was polite and apologetic about the delay but it could not make up for the spoilt reunion dinner. All the dishes had nice sounding names which was what attracted me to order from them but the dishes turned out to be nothing more than 7 small 'zhi char' dishes, dessert and two bottles of green tea for $180. Never again!
Good deal for CNY
Value for money. Portion is big and comes warm. The delivery guy used a cooler bag. Sauces are on the light side for vegetables, not salty. Fish is fresh, big and sweet & sour sauce yummy. The desserts are delicious. The only hiccups is the delivery guy forgot the yusheng and had to keep calling to chase him back. Hard time getting someone to pick up when calling.
Thumbs up for delicious food at great value for money
Caterer was prompt in receiving order, confirmation and subsequent follow up. The food portions were reasonable and good value for money. It was an overall good experience that led to a hassle free event. Cheers and thumbs up!

"Plentiful Golden Pumpkin, Mushroom, Cereal Rice" and "Golden sand creamy prawn." Instead given us chicken floss/white rice/salted egg ) : There is plentiful of medium prawns but no golden sand/creamy sauce. The American Cheese Cake /
Cream Puff is replaced by a bottle of cornflake cookie.
