Thank you again for accommodating our very last-minute buffet order for Mother’s Day on 10 May. We truly appreciated your team’s effort in accepting and arranging the order on such short notice, especially during a peak ... More period.

However, after the gathering, many of our family members shared feedback that the food quality was unfortunately below expectations overall, and we hope to bring this to your attention for review:

• We ordered Tropical Fruit Punch, but the drink delivered tasted more like a lime drink instead.
• The Handmade Crispy Tofu came with broccoli included. If this had been highlighted earlier, we would likely have chosen another vegetable dish to avoid duplication.
• One of the Seafood Yam Rings was overly fried and partly burnt.
• We had specifically requested for the yam paste to be less sweet, but it was still very sweet.
• The Cereal Fish Fillet seemed under-fried and lacked crispiness.
• The Braised Pork was rather hard/tough.
• For the Crispy Butter Prawn, the batter was very thick, and the prawns did not appear to have been cleaned properly. The intestines were unusually thick, dark, and very noticeable.

Overall, as this was for our Mother’s Day celebration, we were honestly quite disappointed with the food quality and experience despite appreciating your team’s effort in accommodating our last-minute order. We hope you can look into the above feedback seriously.
