The food came quite late (close to 7pm) for my area. On one of the days, the vegetables turn sour. I ordered for the convenience during CCB but in the end I still need to heat up all the food and it doesn't taste as fresh anymore. I will not order ... More anymore.

Our sincerest apologies regarding your unpleasant experience. Our dinner delivery time ranges between 5-7pm.

Quality of food is of great importance to us and we have escalated your concerns and feedback to our chefs and ... More delivery drivers. As we do not add in any MSG or preservatives to our food, there are chances that food might turn bad when there is a huge temperature change. We seek customer’s understanding to call our hotline when it happens so we can take immediate actions.
