"Second chance busted :("

My party was supposed to start at 12pm and Fu Kwee was supposed to arrive by 1130am for set up. At 1115am, I received a call that they will be late by 15 mins. But end up, they only arrived at 12pm and set up was done by 12.50pm. My guests were ... More already here at 12pm and moreover, the set up was sub-standard. The order was for 80pax. They didn't have enough tables for the full buffet line set up and had to borrow our portable table to place the desserts and drinks. No dessert spoons and food covers were provided. The table cloths for the tables were also set up messily. Initially they couldn't even find a lighter to light up the fire for the buffet line.

I would say, the only saving grace was that my guests enjoyed the food.
