The dishes are generally all delicious and sufficiently protioned. Upon arrival, the brocolli colour is greenish looked fresh. The frangrnace of ceral prawn is very attractive and don't see the cereal in lump, very nice but a little too sweet and ... More prawn over fried, is a bit hard. The taste of sesame chicken is good but meat a little over fried. Still tasty to me! Fish is delicious, however, the cons of having fishes presented in full figures are the sharp leftover bones mixing in the opaque gravy after every cutting! May be it is not that suitable to have such presentation for company event as nobody would pick up the big pieces of fish head to bite, unlike at home we will pick that up to bite with fingers full of flavours! ? So is a waste of the dish! The green salad vegetables are fresh except the oranges are a bit dry juiceless? but overall with the sesame sauce is good. I ate a big portion of it!
In oveall the taste are all good except deep fried can be a bit more tender will be a perfect buffet. Before I forget, the dessert deserved special mentioning. It was well appraised by everypone!
