Liang Catering provided very efficient and good service from confirmation of order to excellent communication for early set up (on their request), earlier than expected delivery of food, and timely collection of set up for end of event.

The food ... More was delicious and remained very warm throughout the entire duration when it arrived, set up and before collection time. The items were quite nice, just a little salty but otherwise quite delicious. The Longevity Yifu noodles was a little dry and lacking in flavour but the main meat items such as Nyonya Fish and Rendang Chicken were cooked to the right taste and tenderness. Guests loved these 2 items the most.
