During the 7th month of the lunar calendar, I particularly enjoyed their Spaghetti with Tomato Coulis (Spicy) and Fried Fish Cubes with Black Pepper. The pasta was cooked to perfection, the noodles chewy but not mushy, and the sauce was rich and ... More creamy, with a perfect balance of sweet and sour with a hint of milky flavor, creating a rich, complex experience in every bite. The black pepper fish was even more amazing, fresh and tender, without any fishy smell. The aroma of black pepper was strong but not harsh, and the subtle spiciness was very appetizing. Both dishes were excellent in texture and flavor, and the generous portions were very satisfying. The clean and comfortable restaurant environment and the friendly waiters made the dining experience during the 7th month of the lunar calendar even more enjoyable. This foodie trip is truly worth recommending.
