The catering experience was disappointing due to multiple issues with food quality and accuracy. The portion of Pineapple Fried Rice was extremely small, and within just 30 minutes of setup, it developed a spoiled sour smell, raising serious food ... More safety concerns. There was also a mix-up in orders, as fried ngoh hiang was mistakenly replaced with fried ebi tempura. The Braised Pork & Buns were poorly prepared, with the pork being tough and dry, while the buns were hard and stale. Additionally, the Cereal Fish was overcooked and tough, making it unappetizing.
