The setting up of the buffet came an hour which give sufficient time to prepare and set up. Fried crab claw was not crispy but the food quality and portion are good in term of overall menu. It is great that the Fong Fu catering provided more ... More utensils after indicating a note, or else the utensils are not enough for 35 pax. A suggestion that there should be a dish tag or a display of the dishes name so that audiences know what are those foods comprising of.
