Delivery was made 15 mins prior to scheduled timing. Food arrived with no spillage and all items were in order. Generous portion of the staple (fried HK noodles) was given, 2 trays to be exact, which was way more than sufficient for the no. of ... More covers. Sweet and sour pork (chop) was overly sweet - would have been better if the sauce was more sour and less sweet, while the braised pork was a tad salty. Rest of the dishes were alright. Hot cheng tng was the best among the lot - generous ingredients though a little bit sweet but can be diluted with water. Picked YLS Catering over another caterer as its 8-course mini buffet includes 7 full dishes (no fried finger food nor drinks) and a dessert.
