"Good First Time Buffet Ordering Experience"

The ordering process was simple, the staff called to confirm the order. The first time he called me was at 8am and I got class, so I didn't pick up. The second time he called, it was at 9+am, and I'm still in class, so obviously I didn't pick up. I ... More called back at 2+pm, he told me that he almost cancelled my order because no one answered his call. I got a shock of my life, poor service there. But other than that, service was ok, and the delivery man was very kind to wait for us to pack our food. Setup was prompt and on time as well.

As for the food, I honestly think they are quite value for money. Economical and pretty decent. But if you are picky, there's really much room for improvement.

1) I bought for 60 pax, but the curry chicken portion looked like even if I ordered for 40 pax, the portion will be the same. Too little
2) The yam dish was good, but the yam was just that little
3) Heard from guest that prawns not so fresh, and they were really small (I was aware abt the prawn size beforehand)
4) Vegetable hard, but expected
5) Not much difference between the fish, chicken and pork dishes honestly

I had 70 to 80 guests, ordered 60 pax buffet, and have BBQ as well. Think it's too much, should have ordered around 50 pax will do.

Overall, not too bad an experience for first timer, but I will have to think twice about ordering from them again.
