I have ordered a 5 days trial and a 20 days lunch tingkat with Kim's Kitchen so far. Initially in the 5 days trial, the food was delivered at about 10:45am. However, in the 20 days delivery, food came at 9:45am and it has already turned cold. I have ... More requested several times to have the food delivered at a later time around 11am as the food is meant for a disabled elderly at home and is not able to heat up the food. However no effort to make improvements were seen.

With the delivery time being 9:45am, this means the food is only good to be consumed by 12:45pm. Elderly at home eats around 12pm which means that food is close to being spoilt.

I actually wanted to order for dinner as well. But considering it might be delivered during teatime is a turnoff.
