"Food ok, portion small, delivery too early "

I had specially indicated no chicken dish and caterer and called me to confirm that no chicken dish will be given however soup will follow their menu which I agreed. However I still receive chicken dish on 1 of the days.

Although we are home most ... More days, the delivery man did not even bother to ring the door bell or knock. He will just hang the food on my gate and leave. Is it that hard to give a courtesy try to knock or ring the bell to see if anyone's home?

Food portion given is small. Sufficient for us as we are not big eaters however if you require bigger portion, this caterer is not suitable for you.

My food delivery is super early - between 3pm - 3.30pm. By the time everyone is home to have dinner, its already 7ish. So its beyond NEA given best time to keep food fresh. Hope that the caterer can really be more flexible on delivery.
