"Tasty food, wrong item delivered vs. order, van cleanliness"

Online order was easy, but confusing as we were allowed to select more options than the package. However, caterer customer service called to cancel the additional item and we finalized the order.

However, on event day, we were very disappointed ... More as wrong "Fish" item was sent. We ordered Wheat Prawn 麦片虾, which was listed on confirmation list, but Tempura Prawn was delivered instead. As we had a dinner and weekend event, we could not call customer service for the exchange. Delivery person acknowledged this situation and was apologetic but said that only fully unconsumed and returned item could be refunded. Since we needed the item, therefore was left with no choice. An important and SERIOUS note about the delivery van, we saw a cockroach crawling inside the van and highlighted to the delivery person. That person quickly acted and tried to get rid of it. But seeing that, we became really worried about the hygiene. Thankfully, nothing happened to our guests and us. Can Xin Yi Pin please look into this matter urgently?

Overall, the food was tasty, and quantity was acceptable. Except the Braised Pork was too salty. Quantity for dessert, Yam Paste with gingko nut was too little for 30 pax. Favorite was Oven-baked Honey drumlet, which we highly recommend! "Free" mango pudding was provided and Yam Paste and Gingko nut dessert were our guests' favourite too.
