Customer service is responsive and helpful, so that helps when changes are needed. Delivery is punctual and ... More regular. Fong Fu offers flexibility in the schedule for 10 days. Have renewed with Fong Fu for a second 10 days package. I switched to 4 dishes from 3 dishes + 1 soup, as the soup tend to use pork ribs as base, so most times the pork smell is in the soup, so if you are not a fan of pork. Otherwise, am a satisfied customer.
