Setup was as expected but the table are set up and chairs was just given in stack and not assisted to spread out to the tables, have to rearrange tables on our own. Delivery time is not flexible, requested for 12pm to be ready to serve but was last ... More minute told that the route for delivery cannot be set exactly so it will be within the range of 1130-1230. Whereas we have a 2nd trip order on the same day and selected timing was 3pm as food are usually advice to be served for 3hours but was told that they can only do the delivery of 2nd trip between 3.30-4.30pm and they eventually came at 4.15pm which first batch of food was there to serve for 4.5hrs. The contact given on the notice literally have no one attending as we tried to call several times but no answer so we are in doubt. Only one trash bag is given for a 60pax event and no spare was given. Overall food taste is just acceptable, definitely not grade A but for the price tag to it, I would still say it’s value for money. Food are generally abit too salty.
